of Texas Pan American Austin Alumni Chapter held a reception
honoring President Blandina Cardenas at the beautiful,
historic Caswell House in downtown Austin, Texas.
The newly formed UTPA Austin
Alumni Chapter, dedicated it's first scholarship to
